Looks okay, but you need to stretch your banner pic so it fills the box and change the Title colours as they are now hard to read. I'd recommend maybe White for the title and black for the quote? Hope this helps?

Banner could use some stretching, and red on light background is meh, otherwise neato.

You need to put the text into the pic instead of overlaying it in blogger. That way you can control it's readability better.
Another option is to align:center on the pic. Also, something not quite so tall would be good.

I'd vote on something not as tall for the banner picture.
Past that, I approve of the stretching, and it generally looks decent past that.
I can't figure how to shrink that bloody grey box though...if I could do that (and shrink the surrounding outline box) I'd be chuffed.
