Mostly for LOLs, but I actually think this army could do ok...do miss Eldrad though...

I think this is probably the optimal list that includes the versatile, but incredibly weak and overpriced, Vyper. Cover Saves for it are easy to obtain, squadrons of two allow division of fire, but still (theoretically) guarantee at least one Lance hit per Squadron...It'd be fun, especially against a list with no vehicles save Dreads...:)
