Eldar get TWO of the new Lores (shudder) and Marines/Wolves/BA/DA/IG get 4 lores each? Even though BA, SM and SW already have more powers than Eldar? Yeah...okay...
It's hard to wait and see when everything you hear is progressively worse.

Races get access to both generic lores and existing codex powers. Eldar are like to maintain and with new codex receive very powerful race specifics.
Koombaya.
AKA: all Eldar players pray for new Codex.
So the IG get 4 lores to play with??
Do any Guard players actually use psykers??
I know of one who used to use the PBS, but note the "used to".
Psychic powers and guard do not work well together, so I fail to see how these extra psychic powers are going to bring the Primarus Psyker out of his shell of insignificance.
wait.
you're NOT excited about the new SMtG (Space Marine: the Gathering) edition?!?!
where all thing Space Marine just got awesomer? (ok, except Templar)
Well, after 4 years of SMs dominating the game, and every new marine codex just getting more, and more awesome and Xenos getting very little to nothing in comparison.....wouldnt you hate to see the SMs continue this trend??
I know I do.
GW just seems hell bent on getting everyone to play with the Marines.
Its stupid. And I will not be at all surprised if GW find that most of the veteran players leave, and they cant get new players in to replace them because they have out priced all potential newcomers.
@TKE
Thank god we dipped our toes into Dystopian Wars right?? lol
Sure mike, but I'm not prepared to wait 2 years into the format to start being able to play my favourite army.
Especially when other things also suck about the rumoured ruleset...
It's hard to want to play a game that is intentionally removing itself from what I consider fun.
As imperfect as 5e is, it's a damn sight better than 6e appears to be shaping up to be.
Especially if the rumour that we pay for powers, then swap them for Lore powers, is correct. Perhaps if Eldar get the lore stuff in ADDITION to their paid for powers...
Yup...we'll be praying for the new codex. But from what I've seen from the other 'disciplines', the powers aren't as Psychic as they sound (leadership buffs, S10 shot, etc). it might not be that bad.
Hey YKE.
Love the tags for this post.
'6e, Fail'
Sums it up quite nicely.
:D
Whoa!
Another blogger that makes knee-jerk reactions based on piecemeal information leaks?
And the reaction is doom and gloom?
That's pretty original.
So tired of everyone comparing something we barely know anything about to an edition we have been bashing for it's problems the last couple of years.
