Obviously, this is something that bears further elaboration before I comment on whether or not I think he's right, but, to an extent - he most certainly is. Armies that have the ability to work in all 7 dimensions have a clear advantage over armies that...wait, what? He didn't mention all 7 yet? Oh...;)

I think it's something to consider. Some folks may divide up the board already, but bringing it into the open is worth discussing.
Like I said over there, the 5th ed books give us a whole lot of options in the list itself and the way it can be run. They interact to make 40k a much more dynamic game.
